Product specifications /Availability and Pricing

All prices and specifications shown on our website are subject to change without prior notice and products are subject to availability. We strive to ensure the accuracy of the information on our website. Should a product be out of stock, we will inform you of this immediately.

Promotions or offers on the website are subject to its own express terms, so please check the order total before placing your order. The product prices displayed on our website do not include delivery charges or any additional customs charges, levies or surcharges which are imposed by the country or state of delivery unless specifically stated at the checkout.

We take pride in packing your order to ensure that it arrives in perfect condition, however the seals / corks / closures remain vulnerable areas. Please take care when opening / unpacking your parcel.

Whiskey Ventures LLC will pay the Value Added Tax (VAT) of 21% for all clients if applicable. Note that clients outside the European Union may pay additional custom duties. Clients are fully responsible for all possible costs and custom duties of the local country. If parcel is returned due to unpaid custom duties of the local country or wrong address, client is liable for all corresponding expenses and costs.

Payment options and Delivery

Please ensure that your order is settled in full in Euros only when opting for bank transfer and that the amount you transfer to us (after currency conversion and after deduction of any bank or other payments service charges) is equal to the order total displayed in Euros at the checkout.

Whiskey Ventures LLC can only provide estimations for delivery dates and shall not be liable or responsible for any delay in the delivery of the products by the courier company.

Cancellation & Return Policy

Orders can be canceled when the goods have not been shipped or within 14 days from the day the goods are received. In case of a damaged of defective product being received, please notify the Whiskey Ventures LLC team within 24 hours of receipt (info@whiskeyventuresllc.com). Only cancellations and returns that have been confirmed by Whiskey Ventures LLC will be eligible for a refund.

In the event of cancellation or return, the cost of returning the goods (for instance shipping costs, import duties and taxes) will be the responsibility of the customer. The goods must be returned to Whiskey Ventures LLC in their original undamaged / sealed condition in their original packaging complete with all accessories. The returned goods will be inspected upon arrival. Refunds will be paid within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
