Joan Roca said: The taste is slightly umami, with the subtle touch of curry and the sweetness of Earl Grey tea, as well as keeping The Macallan’s signature taste of orange, vanilla and raisin. There are some special notes in there that are really rare to find. The finish is smooth and warming, with lingering notes of sweetness and a touch of spice.
